One of the many things that can go wrong with your BMW is the car battery, and usually it's not just a basic car battery, but an AGM battery. It gets charged by the alternator which is controlled by the engine computer. When you replace your BMW's battery it needs to be registered in the DME (engine computer) so it can charge it properly. This is why we don't recommend using discount car batteries or buying a battery from a car battery store. We use high quality Interstate batteries and have the equipment to register them in the DME.
